Town & Country Estate Sales has has over 30 years experience in the appraisal and estate sale industry. Located at 7700 Renwick, we specialize in estate sales of all sizes held at your property or in our showroom. We organize Houston estate sales, as well as sales across Texas.

As one of Houston’s oldest and most established Estate Sale companies, you can feel secure with us because we are licensed bonded and insured. Several of our employees have been with us for more than 25 years and have the experience to ensure success for your Houston estate sale.

Penny Millican, the owner of Town & Country Estate Sales, formerly served as Vice-President of the International Society of Appraisers, Gulf Coast Chapter. She is experienced in the appraisal of antiques and liquidation of residential contents.
